Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Bowen Center’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a voluntary work-site program providing private and confidential care to employees.

Our trained staff help businesses and organizations address productivity issues by helping employees identify and resolve personal concerns that affect job performance.

Employees and their family members receive free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to help understand and resolve problems affecting their work, health and well-being.

Services to Individuals include support for:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Anger management

  • Substance use

Services to Organizations include:

  • Same day urgent needs appointments

  • Onsite Employee Assistance Program orientation

  • Onsite employee education classes

  • Onsite supervisor training
