Dental insurance is administered by Employee Plans. This is separate from the medical plan.
Bowen’s wellness program includes a health risk assessment and a biometric screening. This allows employees to have an overall view of their health status and suggests ways they can improve their health. Participation in this program can lead to lower medical premiums.
CIGNA Life Insurance
The Bowen Center provides at no cost to all insurance eligible employees a $10,000 Basic Life Insurance policy and a $20,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance policy. This policy is provided by CIGNA.
Optional term life/accidental death and dismemberment insurance is offered though Cigna. Employee and dependent coverage is offered. Employees may elect up to five times their annual income or $500,000, whatever is less. The employee cost is determined by the amount of coverage selected.
Bowen Center encourages and supports the efforts of its staff to participate in activities that will promote professional development. The Center allocates adequate funds for staff training and education to promote professional development and high quality service to clients. Any staff member wishing to attend a conference/seminar/workshop must complete an External Training Leave Request for approval.
Professional Liability Insurance
Center provided liability insurance is available to all professional employees whose services are provided in a professional capacity and are on behalf of Bowen Center.
