Client Service Specialists - part-time position needed in Plymouth, IN.

Addictions Service Provider - needed for Wabash and Fort Wayne.  ICAADA, ICAC certification at the ACIT level is a minimum.  Bachelor’s degree or higher in counseling or related field is preferred.           

Registered Nurses - several full-time and part-time, evening and weekend shift, RN positions are available in our Warsaw Inpatient Unit.  Psychiatric nursing experience is preferred. RN Licensure required.

LPN/QMA - part-time position in Plymouth.  LPN Liscensure or QMA Certification needed.

 

Third Shift Mental Health Technician – needed for our Warsaw Residential Unit.  Transportation of clients and assistance with ADL activities.  Position requires valid Driver’s License.

Mental Health Technicians – needed for our Inpatient Patient Unit.  Transportation of clients and assistance with ADL activities.  Position requires valid Driver’s License.

 

Child Case Managers - full-time positions available in Huntington, Plymouth, Syracuse, Wabash, and Warsaw.  Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science field required. Positions require a valid Driver’s License.

Adult Case Manager - full-time position available in Huntington, Wabash, and Warsaw.  Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science field required. Position requires a valid Driver’s License.

House Parent - full-time and part-time openings available in Columbia City, Huntington, and Wabash.  GED/High School Diploma.  Positions require valid Driver's License.
